Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Incorporate Cream Cheese and Sour Cream: Mix in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
Add Strawberries: Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Bake: Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool: Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serve: Slice and enjoy your fresh strawberry cream cheese loaf!
