Prepare the frozen pie crust according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool down completely.
Add sugar, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce it. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the cornstarch thickens the mixture.
Add the strawberry jelly and combine well to combine. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Add the sliced strawberries over the cooled pie crust. Top with the sugar mixture.
Let the strawberry pie firm in the fridge for a few hours before cutting.
